London-based producer Jade Alexander loves telling genre stories and finding new ways to bring the audience into the picture. She has over 10 years experience producing commercials with clients such as Adidas, Nike, TUI, Samsung and Tesco. Her commercials work has earned her 2 x Lovies and 1 x FWA award for ASICS Blackout Commercial. From creating the immersive sensory experience ‘Black Out’ for ASICS to the world’s first live-action interactive sci-fi film The Complex, she thrives on creative and technical challenges that disrupt the everyday.
She has a great interest in technically challenging projects and has worked on projects involving 4D & 3D films, VR / 360 films, 3D projection mapping, motion control, Phantom, underwater & aerial filming, overseas productions and a great understanding of CGI / VFX having previously been Head of Production at DHP Studios.
Clients include: Spotify, adidas, Visit Britain, Braun, Sky, Nike, Samsung, Jaguar, and Land Rover.
She has a wealth of experience putting projects together from early development through to delivery. Working with various production companies such as UNIT9, Chrome Productions, Formidable, Bullion Productions, Cain and Abel, Taylor James, Guts & Glory, Tangerine Films she has worked with with agencies such as Adam and Eve, Ogilvy (New York), WeAreSocial, Albion, LBi, OMD and M&C Saatchi.
In 2011 she launched her own production company Little Jade Productions which creates female focused, genre films and games.
Her first feature, DEATH, won Best Film at the Bram Stoker Film Festival, and Best of the Fest at Raindance film Festival, is currently available on Sky, Amazon Prime and iTunes.
She produced ground breaking project THE COMPLEX 2020, which combines a feature film with an interactive game. Produced with John Giwa-Amu written by Lynn Renee Maxcy (The Handmaids Tale). It won Best Sound and Best VFX at British Film Festival and was invited to premiere at Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival. With a talented cast; Michelle Mylett (Letterkenny) and Kate Dickie (Game of Thrones, The Witch), it has outperformed other interactive films and hit profits in 2022. Available on Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch & Steam garnering 5 star reviews In 2021 she released feature film THE COMPLEX: LOCKDOWN , currently out now on Apple TV, Hulu, iTunes and Sky. In 2021 she was associate producer on the interactive film NIGHTBOOK (2021), worked for Warner Bros Australia on the tv series Love Me starring Hugh Jackson for Hulu. Jade has a background in VFX & post production working on projects Dirty Looks and DHP Studios.
Jade is a BAFTA Connect member and supporter of the Film and Television Charity. Her next project Outer Edges is a £4mill sci-fi with emerging Director Kelsey Egan to be shot in South Africa.
